Frassati Runners is open to children entering grades 3 through 8. Please list your family's participating runners and their grades below. You will also need to select an ability bracket and a t-shirt size for each child.
In order to help us plan, please put a checkmark next to any date for which you will be out of town or unavailable to participate in the clinic.
In order to cover our costs and provide t-shirts and participation awards for the kids, the fee for the clinic will be $20 per participating child.
Families may choose to provide a free-will donation on top of the $20/child amount. That donation will be used as scholarship money for families who cannot readily afford the clinic.
Checks should be made payable to Frassati Runners and delivered to Angela Hineline no later than the first day of running clinic. (If you need Angela's postal address, please contact us.)
Frassati Runners may photograph the clinic runners for use on our website. In order to promote the activities of Frassati Runners, photographs may also be placed on the HFH website, on the St. Ambrose Academy website, in the Catholic Herald, or in other local newspapers. Please let us know if you are comfortable with photography for such purposes. Yes, photos are fine. No publicized photos of my kids, please.
